Spanish (Espan`ol)

I so want to be bilingual. I'm doing my best to learn spanish. But it's harder to learn than it seems. So many words to remember and the pronunciations are hard. I'm geting better though, since I've been taking an espanol clase. I love that class cause it's challenging. But in the fun good way that makes you want to keep trying at it. I still can't roll my "r's" or speak complete sentences. But I'm sure I'll get it sooner or later. I might start writing in spanish on my blog. That way I can remember how to say and spell the words. Might even try to find someone spanish to talk to.

The U.S Economy

The economy of the United States seems to be in crisis. Everyone is wondering if Obama can bring us out of this recession. Or if his health care plan will work. Citizens that have jobs are becoming unemployed every day. They have no idea what to do or what's ahead. Taxes are raising, colleges are becoming more expensive, and other problems have arise. Can America make it out of this crisis? Will Obama's health care plan work? Will we all be unemployed before it's over with?
I don't know any of the answers to these questions. But maybe someone out there does. I just want to know is there anything I can do as a teenage citizen to help the economy.

My Brother

I had been sick that whole week and couldn't go to school. So I had to ride in the car with my mom to take my brother to his school, since I couldn't be left there by myself. As usual he took two of his classes on Tuesday.(hope I got the day right) Then when he was done he went to the library to wait for either my mom or dad to pick him up. This time my dad would come get him. But he called home all of the sudden. He said he had accidentally locked himself outside of the building. He was trying to get a signal and had to go outside to do so. But he had no idea that the doors of the college would lock once they were shut. I could only laugh at this. He waited there outside until someone came, cause he didn't want anyone to get his stuff ,that he had left inside.

Today I thought my friend was really crazy. After hearing this story you might think she is too.
Well, she had gotten really mad at her boyfriend cause she found out he was texting one of her friends. She read some of the messages and thought the two were flirting with each other or dating behind her back. She got really mad and stop speaking to him for awhile. Her boyfriend kept trying to tell her that he was not cheating on her and was just friends with the other girl. He said he loved her and only wanted her. So to prove that he bought her a black berry touch screen. It was awesome, it look brand new like it had never been touch wen I saw it. She told me he paid $500.00 for it. I knew then that it was going to cause trouble. A few weeks later he made her really mad and she told him she was breaking up with him for good this time. He said he wanted the phone back or she better pay him his money back. He even threaten to call the police if she didn't give it to him. She got so angry about this she smash the phone in her fifth period class in front of everybody. She told me about it later and I wanted to know why she did that.
