Studying is not an easy thing to do but here are a few strategies that may help you.
-Turn on some music while your studying. Preferably music that is calming, soft, and soothing to your ears. The music will make you feel less stress and help you concentrate better on what you are doing.
-Drinking lots of water can increase your memory and make your tired mind feel refresh after studying for long periods of time.
-Don't completely tire your brain out. Take breaks whenever needed then come back.
-If you hate reading those boring text books just look up a youtube video about it. There you could watch an instructor guide you through your subject.
-Invite a friend who's studying a similar subject. She or he could help you study, which could be more fun than studying alone.
-It's always good have a good night's sleep. Sleeping also eliminates stress and energizes your body.
